Curves in all the Right Places

We are very proud of this amazing kitchen which we have designed for a busy family in Chelsea, London. The island is three meters long and includes a built in, oak chopping board which is next to a small vegetable washing sink. At the opposite end of the island is a four ring, induction hob with a downdraft extractor. Large pan drawers sit directly underneath to make accessing pans easy. Two, dual zone wine coolers on the back of the island are perfectly located for entertaining. Above the American fridge/freezer is a two level wine rack which could be used for surplus bottles or red wine. Next to the built-in ovens is a large larder cabinet and has a spice and jar racks on the inside of the doors creating the perfect place to store all, un-chilled foods. Subtlety painted glass splashbacks reflect the undercounter lights and makes a beautiful and calming ambiance in this space. A layer of walnut has been incorporated into the cornice to add warmth and definition to this Farrow & Ball ‘White Tie’ painted kitchen.
