The clients were looking for a minimalist aesthetic for their kitchen, allowing the existing stone and exposed beams to take centre stage. It was a real case of ‘less is more’, enhancing the existing fabric of the building to create a clean, understated effect. Handleless cabinets gave a sleek, smooth finish, while we built all the tall, eye-level kitchen furniture into a specially created central dividing wall. Meanwhile, stainless steel plinths cleverly reflected the space’s natural light, creating the visual impression of the furniture ‘floating.’
